1. ORGANIZER, SPONSOR AND PERIOD OF THE LOTTERY
1.1. The organizer of the Advent raffle ("Lottery") is Svendsen Sport, Drejergangen 3A, 2690 Karlslunde registered in Denmark under the number: NIP5263156707, ("Organiser").
1.2. The prizes in the Lottery are sponsored by Savage Gear w Svendsen Sport, Drejergangen 3A, adres: 2690 Karlslunde, Sponsor’s contact details are as follows: Stuart Houston, stuart.houston@purefishing.com ("Sponsor").
1.3. The Lottery runs from 1 November (from 00:00) until 31 December 2025 (until 23:59).
1.4. These rules ("Rules") set out the rules for participation, awarding prizes, and the announcement of winners.

2. PARTICIPANTS
2.1. The contest is open to legal residents of: Norway, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, and Ireland who are 18 years of age or older, or who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence ("Participant").
2.2. Employees of the Sponsor or Organiser, as well as their family members and household members, are not eligible to take part.
2.3. Participation in the Lottery is free of charge.

3. REGISTRATION FOR THE LOTTERY
3.1. To participate in the Lottery a Participant must purchase from authorized retail seller or from www.savagegear.com 2025 advent calendar with Savage Gear lures.
3.2. Participants who find a “Golder Lure” are entitled to claim a Savage Gear Fazor spinning reel (which is the "Prize").
3.3. Full instructions on how to enter, including how to submit proof that you received a Golden Lure are available at: https://www.savagegear.com/pages/advent-calendar (in particular a photo of a Golden Lure should be sent to the following e-mail address: savagechristmas@purefishing.com and indicate full name, country of residence and e-mail address.
3.4. One Participant may submit only one entry.

4. PRIZES
4.1. The Lottery offers 5 (five) prizes worth approximately EUR 169 each, totaling EUR 845, which constitutes the total prize pool.
4.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. RULES OF THE DRAW, INFORMATION ABOUT WINNING AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES
5.1. The detailed information on the prize draw are available at: https://www.savagegear.com/pages/advent-calendar.
5.2. Each potential winner will be contacted by email (if an address was provided) and/or by regular mail or phone, depending on the communication method the Participant selected as preferred.
5.3. If the Organiser cannot reach a potential winner after making two reasonable attempts the Organiser will select a new potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
5.4. A potential winner must complete, sign, and return the required declaration on winning the prize within fourteen (14) days of receiving the prize claim documents for the contest. If the required documents are not returned within this 14 day period, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion may disqualify the potential winner, and select an alternate winner through a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

6. PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The Organizer is the data controller. Personal data is collected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, solely for the purpose of conducting the Lottery.

7. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
7.1. Complaints should be sent to the following e-mail address: savagechristmas@purefishing.com stating first name, last name, e-mail address or address, and the reason for the complaint.
7.2. The Participant will be informed of the decision by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the receipt of the complaint.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The Rules are available at www.savagegear.com and at advent calendar’s seller’s points.
8.2. In matters not covered by the Rules, the relevant provisions of Danish law shall apply.
8.3. The Rules are valid from 1 November to 31 December 2025.

1.3. Promocja trwa od 1 grudnia (od godz. 00:00) do 31 grudnia 2025 r. (do godz. 23:59).
1.4. Niniejszy regulamin („Regulamin”) określa zasady udziału, przyznawania nagród i ogłaszania zwycięzców.

2. UCZESTNICY
2.1. W Promocji mogą brać udział osoby zamieszkałe na terenie Norwegii, Austrii, Belgii, Szwajcarii, Czech, Niemiec, Danii, Finlandii, Francji, Wielkiej Brytanii, Chorwacji, Węgier, Włoch, Litwy, Holandii, Polski, Szwecji, Słowacji i Irlandii, które ukończyły 18 lat lub osiągnęły pełnoletność w kraju zamieszkania („Uczestnik”).
2.2. Pracownicy Sponsora lub Organizatora, a także członkowie ich rodzin i domownicy nie mogą brać udziału w konkursie.
2.3. Udział w Promocji jest bezpłatny.

3. REJESTRACJA W PROMOCJI
3.1. Aby wziąć udział w Promocji, Uczestnik musi zakupić w autoryzowanym punkcie sprzedaży detalicznej lub na stronie www.savagegear.com kalendarz adwentowy 2025 z przynętami Savage Gear.
3.2. Uczestnicy, którzy znajdą „złotą przynętę”, mają prawo ubiegać się o kołowrotek spinningowy Savage Gear Fazor (zwany dalej „Nagrodą”).
3.3. Pełne instrukcje dotyczące udziału w Promocji, w tym sposobu przesłania dowodu otrzymania złotej przynęty, są dostępne na stronie: https://www.savagegear.com/pages/advent-calendar (w szczególności zdjęcie złotej przynęty należy przesłać na adres e-mail:savagechristmas@purefishing.com , podając imię i nazwisko, kraj zamieszkania oraz adres e-mail.
3.4. Każdy Uczestnik może zgłosić tylko jedno zgłoszenie.

4. NAGRODY
4.1. Promocja oferuje 5 (pięć) nagród o wartości około 169 EUR każda, o łącznej wartości 845 EUR, co stanowi całkowitą pulę nagród.
4.2. Nagród nie można wymienić na gotówkę.

5. ZASADY LOSOWANIA, INFORMACJE O WYGRANYCH I ODBIORZE NAGROD
5.1. Szczegółowe informacje na temat losowania nagród są dostępne na stronie: https://www.savagegear.com/pages/advent-calendar.
5.2. Z każdym potencjalnym zwycięzcą Organizator skontaktuje się za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej (jeśli podano adres) lub poczty tradycyjnej lub telefonicznie, w zależności od preferowanej przez uczestnika formy komunikacji.
5.3. Jeśli Organizator nie będzie w stanie skontaktować się z potencjalnym zwycięzcą po podjęciu dwóch prób, wybierze nowego potencjalnego zwycięzcę spośród pozostałych kwalifikujących się zgłoszeń.
5.4. Potencjalny zwycięzca musi wypełnić, podpisać i zwrócić wymagane oświadczenie o wygranej w ciągu czternastu (14) dni od otrzymania dokumentów uprawniających do odbioru nagrody. Jeśli wymagane dokumenty nie zostaną zwrócone w ciągu tego 14-dniowego okresu, organizator może, według własnego uznania, zdyskwalifikować potencjalnego zwycięzcę i wybrać innego zwycięzcę w drodze nowego losowania spośród pozostałych kwalifikujących się zgłoszeń.

6. DANE OSOBOWE
6.1. Organizator jest administratorem danych Uczestnika. Dane osobowe są gromadzone zgodnie z ogólnym rozporządzeniem o ochronie danych, wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia Promocji.

7. PROCEDURA SKŁADANIA REKLAMACJI
7.1. Reklamacje należy przesyłać na adres e-mail: podając imię, nazwisko, adres e-mail lub adres pocztowy oraz powód reklamacji.
7.2. Uczestnik zostanie poinformowany o decyzji pocztą elektroniczną w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania reklamacji.

8. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE
8.1. Regulamin jest dostępny pod adresem : Svendsen Sport, Drejergangen 3A, 2690 Karlslunde oraz w punktach sprzedaży kalendarzy adwentowych.
8.2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają odpowiednie przepisy Polski.
8.3. Regulamin obowiązuje od 1 grudnia (od godz. 00:00) do 31 grudnia 2025 r. (do godz. 23:59).

2. PARTICIPANTS

Le concours est ouvert aux résidents légaux des pays suivants: Norvège, Autriche, Belgique, Suisse, République tchèque, Allemagne, Danemark, Finlande, France, Royaume-Uni, Croatie, Hongrie, Italie, Lituanie, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Suède, Slovaquie et Irlande, âgés de 18 ans ou plus, ou ayant atteint l'âge de la majorité dans leur pays de résidence (“Participant”).
2.2. Les employés du Sponsor ou de l'Organisateur, ainsi que les membres de leur famille et les personnes vivant sous leur toit, ne sont pas autorisés à participer.
2.3. La participation à la loterie est gratuite.

3. INSCRIPTION À LA LOTERIE
3.1. Pour participer à la loterie, un Participant doit acheter un calendrier de l'Avent 2025 contenant des leurres Savage Gear auprès d'un revendeur agréé ou sur www.savagegear.com.
3.2. Les participants qui trouvent un « leurre doré » ont le droit de réclamer un moulinet Savage Gear Fazor (qui constitue le « prix »).
3.3. Les instructions complètes pour participer, y compris la manière de fournir la preuve que vous avez reçu un leurre doré, sont disponibles à l'adresse suivante : https://www.savagegear.com/pages/advent-calendar (en particulier, une photo du leurre doré doit être envoyée à l'adresse e-mail suivante :savagechristmas@purefishing.com en indiquant votre nom complet, votre pays de résidence et votre adresse e-mail.
3.4. Chaque Participant ne peut soumettre qu'une seule participation.

4. PRIX
4.1. La loterie offre 5 (cinq) prix d'une valeur approximative de 169 euros chacun, pour un total de 845 euros, qui constituent la cagnotte totale.
4.2. Les prix ne peuvent être échangés contre de l'argent comptant.

5. RÈGLES DU TIRAGE AU SORT, INFORMATIONS SUR LES GAINS ET LA REMISE DES PRIX
5.1. Les informations détaillées sur le tirage au sort sont disponibles à l'adresse suivante : https://www.savagegear.com/pages/advent-calendar.
5.2. Chaque gagnant potentiel sera contacté par e-mail (si une adresse a été fournie) et/ou par courrier postal ou par téléphone, selon le mode de communication choisi par le Participant.
5.3. Si l'Organisateur ne parvient pas à joindre un gagnant potentiel après avoir effectué deux tentatives raisonnables, il sélectionnera un nouveau gagnant potentiel parmi les participations admissibles restantes.
5.4. Un gagnant potentiel doit remplir, signer et renvoyer la déclaration requise pour remporter le prix dans les quatorze (14) jours suivant la réception des documents de réclamation du prix pour le concours. Si les documents requis ne sont pas renvoyés dans ce délai de 14 jours, l'Organisateur peut, à sa seule discrétion, disqualifier le gagnant potentiel et sélectionner un autre gagnant par le biais d'un nouveau tirage au sort parmi les participations éligibles restantes.

6. DONNÉES À CARACTÈRE PERSONNEL
6.1. L'Organisateur est le responsable du traitement des données. Les données personnelles sont collectées conformément au Règlement général sur la protection des données, uniquement dans le but d'organiser la Loterie.

7. PROCÉDURE DE RÉCLAMATION
7.1. Les réclamations doivent être envoyées à l'adresse électronique suivante : Svendsen Sport, Drejergangen 3A, 2690 Karlslunde en indiquant le prénom, le nom, l'adresse électronique ou l'adresse postale et le motif de la réclamation.
7.2. Le Participant sera informé de la décision par e-mail dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de la réclamation.

8. DISPOSITIONS FINALES
8.1. Le règlement est disponible à l'adresse Svendsen Sport, Drejergangen 3A, 2690 Karlslunde et dans les points de vente du calendrier de l'Avent.
8.2. Pour les questions non couvertes par le règlement, les dispositions pertinentes de la loi France s'appliquent.
8.3. Le règlement est valable du [1er décembre (à partir de 00h00) au 31 décembre 2025 (jusqu'à 23h59)].
