The Scandal Resident was designed on the big bass lakes of California, specifically to create a new tool for swimbait anglers to catch those big, spooky bass and stripers that follow but will not eat the swimbait. Not anymore! This swimbait features a chin-mounted underspin blade that flashes and rotates with the slightest movement. It can be worked almost motionless on the surface, gliding side to side in place, stop and go floating, or waking on the surface for a true finesse glide purpose built to seal the deal with wary, pressured fish. Try reeling it down in the water column and letting it rise back up to break the surface as the chin blade spins and flashes — a deadly combination to tempt big fish into striking.
