    do not buy

This lure has terrible action. You can adjust your cadence and retrieval speed as much as you want, but it simply doesn’t perform well. The frustrating part is that it has so much potential to be a great bait. Unfortunately, I’m going to opt for a premium custom-made glide bait instead.

I genuinely hope they improve it, because if the action were fixed, it could be one of the best bang-for-your-buck musky lures on the market. As it stands right now, though, I can’t recommend it.

After spending time tuning my retrieve speed and experimenting with different cadences, I couldn’t get this bait to produce a consistent, natural glide. The bait has a lot of potential, but the action just isn’t there. For the price, I wanted to love it, but I’m going back to custom glide baits that track and glide properly. If the manufacturer addresses the action issues, this could become an outstanding value in the musky world. Right now, however, it’s not something I would buy again.

    Glide Pro

I have been fishing with these lures in the SWFL backcountry the last couple of months. They have fantastic action and the snook and tarpon absolutely love em. The biggest problem with these lures is their durability. I have broke four already on fish. The lure breaks right at the tail. It’s a real bummer to have a lure that is so productive, but can’t stand up to strikes from bigger fish.
